Planning and patience. A must have for anyone participating in the Project. I've preached about planning to this current group of Test Pilots since Day 1 and they have done an absolutely amazing job. I couldn't be more proud of them. Now as the old saying goes, "If you want to make God laugh, show Him your plan." There are days and times that no matter how well you plan, unexpected things arise. It's the perfect example of what to do, "exercise" patience and let things unfold as the Divine would have them unfold.
