Salad #3 and #4

Yesterday's salad was a quickie of:
Mixed greens
Celery
Carrots
Tomato
Low fat cottage cheese
Walnuts
Dijon honey mustard dressing (just enough to taste, no excess!)


And today #4:
Marinated chicken breast
Red peppers
Mushrooms
Onions
Green peppers
Vinegar and oil dressing
